  In Russian, you 'file' (подать) a complaint, not 'make' (сделать) one. Подать претензию is the fixed collocation.

  Соответствовать (to correspond / match) requires a dative object. The standard phrase is не соответствовать заявленным характеристикам or заявленному качеству.

• ✗Требую возвращение денег.

  After требовать, use the genitive case. Возврат (noun, genitive: возврата) is the standard legal term, not the verbal noun возвращение.

• ✗Гарантия ещё не кончилась.
  ✓Гарантийный срок ещё не истёк.

  In formal/legal language, истечь (to expire) is used for deadlines and warranty periods. Кончиться is too colloquial.

• ✗Я имею право возвращать товар.
  ✓Я имею право вернуть товар.

  Rights over single actions use the perfective infinitive (вернуть), not the imperfective (возвращать), which implies a repeated action.

• ✗Пожалуйста рассмотрите жалобу.
  ✓Прошу рассмотреть мою претензию.

  In formal written complaints, use прошу + infinitive rather than пожалуйста + imperative. Also, претензия is the formal term, жалоба is more colloquial.
