Idiomatic Expressions in Polish
Polish idioms (frazeologizmy) are fixed phrases where the meaning cannot be deduced from individual words.

- Lać wodę — to pour water (to ramble, to say nothing of substance)
- Mieć coś na końcu języka — to have something on the tip of your tongue
