  서명하다 takes the location particle 에, not the object particle 를. You sign onto a document, so it's 계약서에 서명하다.

  A contract gets concluded, so use the passive 체결되다. The active 체결하다 needs an agent doing the concluding.

• ✗분쟁이 발생할 경우 합의서를 작성해야 돼요

  Legal/contract text is written style. Use formal -하여야 한다, not the casual spoken -해야 돼요.

  필요 needs the subject marker 가 here, not 를. It's 필요가 있다 (there is a need), never 필요를 있다.

• ✗계약을 위반해서 손해배상을 청구할 수 있다

  This is a condition (if breached), so use -(으)면. -아서/어서 marks an actual cause, which doesn't fit a hypothetical here.
