The Futur I (future tense) is formed with werden + Infinitiv and is used for plans, predictions, and resolutions.
Formation:
- ich werde trainieren
- du wirst trainieren
- er/sie wird trainieren
- wir werden trainieren
- ihr werdet trainieren
- sie/Sie werden trainieren
For fitness plans:
- Ich werde jeden Tag joggen. (I will jog every day.)
- Ab morgen werde ich gesünder essen. (Starting tomorrow I will eat healthier.)
- Wir werden uns im Fitnessstudio anmelden. (We will sign up at the gym.)
For predictions:
- Du wirst dich bald besser fühlen. (You will feel better soon.)
- Das Training wird schwer sein, aber es lohnt sich. (The training will be hard, but it's worth it.)
Note: In everyday speech, Germans often use the present tense instead of Futur I for near-future plans: Morgen gehe ich joggen. (Tomorrow I go jogging.) Futur I adds emphasis or formality.

Ich werde trainieren jeden Tag.Ich werde jeden Tag trainieren.The infinitive trainieren goes to the end in Futur I.
Du werdest dich besser fühlen.Du wirst dich besser fühlen.The correct form for du is wirst, not werdest.
Ab morgen ich werde joggen.Ab morgen werde ich joggen.After a time adverbial in first position, the verb comes second (inversion).
Ich werde aufgeben nicht.Ich werde nicht aufgeben.Nicht comes before the infinitive at the end.
Er wird trainiert.Er wird trainieren.Futur I uses werden + infinitive, not werden + past participle.
