依据《消费者权益保护法》，消费者有权要求退款。

Three Guarantees (三包 Sānbāo)
Chinese consumer law requires that goods be repaired, replaced, or refunded within specified periods:
- 修理 (xiūlǐ) — repair
- 更换 (gēnghuàn) — replace
- 退货 (tuìhuò) — return for refund
此产品在三包期内，请予以免费维修。
(Cǐ chǎnpǐn zài sānbāo qī nèi, qǐng yǔyǐ miǎnfèi wéixiū.)
— This product is within the three-guarantee period; please repair it free of charge.

Erros frequentes
我要投诉你们公司。我想就此事向贵公司提出投诉。Using 我要 sounds too aggressive and informal. In formal complaints, use 我想 (I would like to) + 就此事 (regarding this matter) + 向贵公司 (to your esteemed company), which is polite and professional
消费者有权力要退款。消费者有权要求退款。有权力 (has power) is not the right phrase — use 有权 (has the right to) for legal rights. Also, 要 alone is informal; use 要求 (to demand/request) for formal legal contexts
在保修期里，应该修好我的东西。此产品在三包期内，请予以免费维修。Use 三包期 (three-guarantee period), not 保修期 (warranty period), for the specific legal framework. Use 请予以 (please proceed to) instead of 应该, and 免费维修 (free repair) rather than the vague 修好我的东西
