In Portuguese, expressing opinions uses several key structures that take the indicative mood.
Eu acho que... is the most common way to say "I think that..." in everyday speech: Eu acho que o filme é bom (I think the film is good).
Eu penso que... is slightly more formal: Eu penso que devemos agir (I think we should act).
Eu considero que... expresses a considered opinion: Considero que esta é a melhor opção (I consider this the best option).

To agree: Concordo contigo / Tens razão (I agree with you / You are right).
To disagree politely: Não concordo / Penso de maneira diferente (I don't agree / I think differently).
Note: In European Portuguese, achar is preferred over pensar in casual conversation.
