An extremely polite request form used in formal negotiations.
- 条件(じょうけん)をご検討(けんとう)いただければ幸(さいわ)いです。 (I would appreciate it if you would consider the conditions.)
- 見積(みつ)もりをお送(おく)りいただければ幸いです。 (I would appreciate it if you could send the estimate.)
〜ないかと思います (I was wondering if)
A tentative, indirect suggestion — softer than a direct proposal.
- 少(すこ)し値下(ねさ)げできないかと思(おも)います。 (I was wondering if a small price reduction might be possible.)
- 納期(のうき)を延(の)ばせないかと思います。 (I was wondering if the delivery date could be extended.)
〜次第です (it depends on)
Expresses that something depends on a condition.
- お返事(へんじ)次第(しだい)です。 (It depends on your reply.)
- 予算(よさん)次第で、条件(じょうけん)を変(か)えられます。 (Depending on the budget, we can change the conditions.)
