Use these structures to report what someone said:
उसने कहा कि... — He/She said that...
उसने कहा कि उड़ान रद्द हो गई। — He said that the flight was cancelled.
उसने बताया कि... — He/She told me that...
उसने बताया कि बैग मिल गया। — She told me that the bag was found.
उसने पूछा कि... — He/She asked if/whether...
उसने पूछा कि क्या मेरे पास पासपोर्ट है। — She asked if I had a passport.
मुझे बताया गया कि... — I was told that... (passive)
मुझे बताया गया कि यह नियम बदल गया है। — I was told that this rule has changed.
