Negotiation: Persuading and Compromising
如果…就… for making conditional offers:
- 如果你们能提前交货，我们就同意这个价格。(rúguǒ nǐmen néng tíqián jiāohuò, wǒmen jiù tóngyì zhège jiàgé) — If you can deliver early, we'll agree to this price.
不但…而且… to strengthen arguments:
- 我们的方案不但节约成本，而且能提高效率。(wǒmen de fāng'àn búdàn jiéyuē chéngběn, érqiě néng tígāo xiào lǜ) — Our plan not only saves costs but also improves efficiency.
让步 phrases for compromise:
- 我方可以在价格上做出让步。(wǒ fāng kěyǐ zài jiàgé shàng zuòchū ràngbù) — Our side can make a concession on price.
- 希望双方都能接受这个方案。(xīwàng shuāngfāng dōu néng jiēshòu zhège fāng'àn) — We hope both sides can accept this proposal.
- 我们的最终目标是达成双赢。(wǒmen de zuìzhōng mùbiāo shì dáchéng shuāngyíng) — Our final goal is to achieve a win-win outcome.

Veelgemaakte fouten
我们双方都同意这个条件，不是吗？我们双方都同意这个条件，对吗？对吗 is the standard tag question in Mandarin ("right?" / "correct?"). 不是吗 is a negative rhetorical tag used for emphasis, not neutral confirmation.
我方不能接受低于这个价格。我方不能接受低于这个价格的条件。低于这个价格 is a prepositional phrase modifying a noun. Without a head noun like 条件 (conditions/terms), the sentence is structurally incomplete.
如果你让一步，我也让一步，这样大家都赢了。如果你让一步，我也让一步，这样对双方都有利。赢了 means "won" (a victory). In negotiation contexts, say 对双方都有利 (beneficial to both parties) rather than implying one side "wins".
