虽然...但是... — although... but... 虽然山路很难走，但是风景很美。 — Although the mountain path is difficult, the scenery is beautiful. 虽然 concedes a drawback; 但是 introduces the positive contrast.
风景很美 — the scenery is beautiful 这里的风景真的太美了！ — The scenery here is really too beautiful! 太...了 = excessively (in an exclamatory, positive sense at this level).
空气新鲜 — fresh air 山上的空气很新鲜。 — The air on the mountain is very fresh. Adjectives directly follow nouns with 的: 新鲜的空气 = fresh air.
值得一看 — worth seeing 这个湖值得一看。 — This lake is worth seeing. 值得 + verb = to be worth doing.
