Opening a complaint:
- Chciałbym/Chciałabym zgłosić reklamację = I would like to make a complaint
- Kupiłem/Kupiłam ten produkt i jest wadliwy = I bought this product and it is defective
- Towar nie działa poprawnie = The product does not work correctly
Requesting action:
- Proszę o wymianę towaru = I am requesting an exchange of goods

Formal rights language:
