The real conditional (present)
In Italian, to express a condition and its result in the present or future, use the structure se + present indicative + future simple (or present indicative).
Se l'appartamento ha una terrazza, lo prendo subito. (If the flat has a terrace, I'll take it straight away.)
Se il canone è spese incluse, è un ottimo affare. (If the rent includes bills, it's a great deal.)
The se clause states the real or likely condition. The main clause states the direct consequence. Note that the conditional tense (-rei) is never used inside the se clause in this pattern. Say se ho, never se avrei.
