Expressing what you are looking for:
- Ich suche eine Wohnung mit zwei Zimmern. (I am looking for a two-room apartment.)
- Die Wohnung muss einen Balkon haben. (The apartment must have a balcony.)
- Ich brauche eine möblierte Wohnung. (I need a furnished apartment.)
Asking important questions:
- Wie hoch ist die Miete? (How much is the rent?)
- Sind die Nebenkosten inklusive? (Are utilities included?)
- Kann ich die Wohnung besichtigen? (Can I view the apartment?)
- Ab wann ist die Wohnung frei? (When is the apartment available?)
Comparing with the comparative:
