Use the locative case to say where rooms are:

w salonie = in the living room
w kuchni = in the kitchen
w sypialni = in the bedroom
na piętrze = on the floor/upstairs
na parterze = on the ground floor

Jest łazienka. = There is a bathroom.
Są dwa pokoje. = There are two rooms.
Nie ma balkonu. = There is no balcony.
