  좋다 (to be good/liked) uses 이/가 for what is liked, not 을/를. The sentence literally means "maths is good (to me)".

• ✗숙제 많이 있어요
  ✓숙제가 많아요

  For quantities use 많다 as a predicate: 숙제가 많아요. 많이 있어요 is not wrong but 많아요 is the natural form.
