- 我给你点赞了。— I liked your post.
- 我写了评论。— I wrote a comment.
Following and sharing
- 我关注你了。— I followed you.
- 我转发了你的视频。— I shared your video.
Cultural note 点赞 (diǎn zàn) literally means "click praise" — the gesture of liking content online.
Expressions
- 我发了一条朋友圈。I posted on WeChat Moments.
- 我上传了一个视频。I uploaded a video.
- 我转发了你的视频。I shared your video.
- 我给你点赞了。I liked your post.
- 你帮我点赞吧。Please like my post.

Common mistakes
我发了一个朋友圈我发了一条朋友圈WeChat Moments posts use measure word 条, not 个.
我点赞了你我给你点赞了Use 给 + person + 点赞了 to say you liked someone post.
我很关注你我关注你了关注 is not a state needing 很 — say 我关注你了 with 了.
我转发你的视频我转发了你的视频Add 了 to indicate you have already shared it.
我写了一个评论我写了一条评论Comments use measure word 条, not 个.
