  The correct expression is に違いない (no doubt), not に間違いない (no mistake).

• ✗オンライン授業は増えるのはずだ。
  ✓オンライン授業は増えるはずだ。

  はずだ attaches directly to the plain form, without の.

• ✗AIが教師を変わるかもしれない。
  ✓AIが教師の役割を変えるかもしれない。

  変わる is intransitive (to change by itself). Use 変える (transitive) when an agent causes change.

• ✗おそらく広がるだろうと思う。
  ✓おそらく広がるだろう。

  だろう already implies supposition; adding と思う is redundant.

• ✗教育格差が是正べきだ。
  ✓教育格差を是正すべきだ。

  べきだ attaches to the dictionary form of the verb (是正する→是正すべき), and 格差 takes を.
