Passiamo al prossimo argomento dell'agenda.Passiamo al punto successivo dell'ordine del giorno.'Argomento dell'agenda' is a calque from English. In professional Italian, one says 'punto dell'ordine del giorno'.
Metto ai voti questa proposta.Metterei ai voti questa proposta.The conditional ('metterei') is required to make a polite proposal. The present indicative ('metto') sounds too authoritarian.
Ho ceduto la parola a Luigi.Cedo la parola a Luigi.The formula for handing over the floor is always in the present tense because it is performative: the act occurs at the moment of speaking.
Il verbale deve essere scritto dopo la riunione.Il verbale deve essere redatto dopo la riunione.'Scrivere il verbale' is common but 'redigere il verbale' is the correct professional term.
Vorrei che tutti partecipano.Vorrei che tutti partecipassero.Vorrei che requires the imperfect subjunctive: partecipassero, not the present participano.
