First conditional: Se... puoi / ti indirizzeranno
In Italian, the first conditional expresses a real or likely condition. It follows the structure:
Se + present indicative + , + future (or present)
Basic structure

Healthcare examples
- Se hai l'assicurazione, puoi scegliere un medico privato → If you have insurance, you can choose a private doctor
- Se hai bisogno di un medico, ti indirizzeranno a un pronto soccorso → If you need a doctor, they will direct you to A&E
- Se non hai il medico di base, dovrai pagare la visita → If you don't have a GP, you'll have to pay for the visit
- Se prenoti online, avrai l'appuntamento prima → If you book online, you'll get the appointment sooner

- The condition uses the present tense (not the conditional, unlike in French)
- The result can be in the future, present, or imperative
