英语中的移民议题（中文讲解）
高级间接引语
谈论移民时，人们常引用公众人物、政治人物或官方来源。到了 B2 水平，间接引语要求严谨地转换时态。
- 现在时 → 一般过去时："We welcome all refugees." → She said they welcomed all refugees.
- 一般过去时 → 过去完成时："People fled the conflict." → He reported that people had fled the conflict.
- 将来时 → 条件式："We will reform policy." → They promised they would reform policy.
- 情态动词："We must act." → She insisted that they had to act.

常见错误
She said that she will help the refugees.She said that she would help the refugees.在间接引语中，will 通常变为 would。
He told that the borders are open.He said that the borders were open.Tell 后必须接直接宾语，如 told him/her/them；没有宾语时用 say。若原话已不再为真，报告时可将现在时后移为过去时。
The government must to reform the asylum policy.The government must reform the asylum policy.Must 是情态动词，后面直接接不带 to 的动词原形。
Migrants are integrated in the society.Migrants are integrated into society.Integrate 与 into 搭配，不用 in；此处 society 前不加定冠词。
She insisted that he has to leave.She insisted that he had to leave.在间接引语中，has to 通常变为 had to。
Many immigrants come for searching a job.Many immigrants come to search for a job.表达目的时用 come to + 动词原形，不用 come for + 动名词。
