  In the passive voice, use the past participle (identificado), not the infinitive.

  ✓La teoría ha sido demostrada.

  The past participle must agree with the subject: teoría is feminine, so demostrada.

• ✗Los resultados han sido publicado ayer.
  ✓Los resultados han sido publicados ayer.

  The past participle agrees in number: resultados is plural, so publicados.

• ✗Una vacuna ha sido descubierta de los investigadores.
  ✓Una vacuna ha sido descubierta por los investigadores.

  The agent in passive is introduced by por, never by de in this context.

• ✗El ensayo clínico ha estado realizado con éxito.
  ✓El ensayo clínico ha sido realizado con éxito.

  The passive uses sido (ser), not estado (estar). Estar + participle indicates a resulting state, not an action.
