A professional report in Portuguese follows a clear structure: introdução (introduction), desenvolvimento (body), and conclusão (conclusion).

The Passive Voice in Reports
Reports often use the passive to focus on results:
- O relatório foi elaborado pela equipa. (The report was prepared by the team.)
- Os dados foram analisados no último trimestre. (The data were analyzed last quarter.)
Nominalisation
B2-level writing uses nouns instead of verbs for a formal tone:
- analisar → a análise (to analyze → the analysis)
- recomendar → a recomendação (to recommend → the recommendation)
- concluir → a conclusão (to conclude → the conclusion)

Concluímos de que...Concluímos que...'Concluir que', not 'concluir de que' — no preposition before the conjunction.
