  Use 에서, not 에, to mark the place where an action/event happens. 에 marks a static location or destination.

  In formal argumentative writing use the 한다체 (보호해야 한다), not the polite 해요체 (보호해야 해요).

• ✗많은 기업에서 개인정보가 무단으로 수집하고 있다.
  ✓많은 기업에서 개인정보가 무단으로 수집되고 있다.

  개인정보 is the thing acted on, so use the passive 수집되다. 수집하다 is active and needs a subject doing the collecting.

• ✗우리는 알고리즘의 편향성이 항상 경계해야 한다.
  ✓우리는 알고리즘의 편향성을 항상 경계해야 한다.

  편향성 is the object of 경계하다, so it takes the object particle 을, not the subject particle 이.

• ✗딥페이크 기술이 범죄에 악용될 수 있지만 강력한 규제가 필요하다.
  ✓딥페이크 기술이 범죄에 악용될 수 있으므로 강력한 규제가 필요하다.

  The clause gives a reason, so use causal -(으)므로. -지만 means 'but' and breaks the logic here.
