Requesting an Appointment
- Je voudrais prendre rendez-vous. — I would like to make an appointment.
- Vous avez des disponibilités ? — Do you have availability?
- C'est possible mardi ? — Is Tuesday possible?
- À quelle heure ? — At what time?
Proposing a Time
- Mardi à 14 heures, ça vous convient ? — Does Tuesday at 2 PM work for you?
- Je suis disponible lundi matin. — I'm available Monday morning.
- Je préfère l'après-midi. — I prefer the afternoon.
Confirming and Changing
- C'est noté. — It's noted. / Got it.
- Je confirme le rendez-vous. — I confirm the appointment.
- Je dois annuler mon rendez-vous. — I need to cancel my appointment.
