Leadership language in Dutch inspires, motivates, and creates a shared vision. At C1 level, you should be able to articulate purpose and direction with authority.

Vision statements: Onze visie is een wereld waarin... (Our vision is a world in which...), Wij streven naar... (We aspire to...), Samen bouwen we aan... (Together we build...).

Motivating teams: Ik geloof in dit team. (I believe in this team.), Jullie hebben laten zien dat... (You have shown that...), Dit is het moment om... (This is the moment to...).

Setting direction: De koers die we varen is... (The course we are steering is...), Onze prioriteit is... (Our priority is...), Laten we focussen op... (Let us focus on...).

Inclusive language: Dutch leadership uses wij/we (we) over ik (I): We doen dit samen. (We do this together.), Samen staan we sterk. (Together we are strong.).

Inspiring action: Het is aan ons om het verschil te maken. (It is up to us to make the difference.), Laten we de lat hoger leggen. (Let us raise the bar.), Nu is het moment. (Now is the moment.).
