Talking about seasons and weather
你最喜欢哪个季节？ — Which season do you like most? 我最喜欢秋天。 — I like autumn the most. 哪个 asks "which one" when choosing from a set.
一到...就... — as soon as... then... 一到夏天就很热。 — As soon as summer comes it gets very hot. 一到 + season + 就 + weather/reaction is a natural pattern.
天气变化 — weather changes 气温变低了。 — The temperature has dropped. 天气越来越冷了。 — The weather is getting colder and colder. 变 + adj = to become; 越来越 = more and more.
下雪了 / 刮风了 — it started snowing / wind picked up 外面下雪了。 — It's snowing outside. 了 here marks a change of state (new situation).

Типичные ошибки
一到夏天很热就一到夏天就很热In 一到...就..., 就 must come immediately after the condition clause (一到夏天), not at the end
天气变得越来越冷天气越来越冷了No 变得 needed with 越来越 — just use 越来越 + adj + 了 to show increasing change
外面雪下了外面下雪了Word order: verb before object — 下雪 (snow-falls), not 雪下 (snow-verb reversed)
