  After «на» expressing the target of an allergy, use the accusative case: орехи (not the genitive орехов). For inanimate nouns, the accusative plural matches the nominative.

• ✗Я не ем мяса.

  With «не ем» meaning habitual avoidance, use accusative мясо. Genitive мяса implies 'not eating any' and sounds more literary.

• ✗Можно без лактоза?
  ✓Можно без лактозы?

  «Без» always requires the genitive case: лактоза → лактозы.

• ✗Я вегетарианец, я мужчина.
  ✓Я вегетарианец.

  вегетарианец is the masculine form and already implies the speaker is male; no need to add «я мужчина».

• ✗Это блюдо содержат орехи?
  ✓Это блюдо содержит орехи?

  «Блюдо» is singular neuter, so the verb is third-person singular: содержит, not содержат (plural).
