• 本日(ほんじつ)は売上(うりあげ)について発表(はっぴょう)させていただきます。Today I will humbly present about sales.
• このグラフをもとに説明(せつめい)いたします。I will explain based on this graph.
• つまり、改善(かいぜん)が必要(ひつよう)だということです。In other words, it means improvement is needed.
• 以上(いじょう)が本日(ほんじつ)の要点(ようてん)です。The above are today's key points.
• 何(なに)かご質問(しつもん)はありますか。Are there any questions?
• ご清聴(せいちょう)ありがとうございました。Thank you for your attention.

Typowe błędy

• ✗売上の結果を説明します。
  ✓売上(うりあげ)の結果(けっか)について説明(せつめい)します。

  Use について (about) not を when introducing a topic for explanation. を説明する means to explain the thing directly, while について explains ABOUT a topic.

• ✗売上が20%増えるということです。
  ✓売上(うりあげ)が20%増(ふ)えたということです。

  When reporting results (past facts), use the past tense 増えた before ということです, not the present 増える.

• ✗アンケートにもとに分析しました。
  ✓アンケートをもとに分析(ぶんせき)しました。

  The pattern is をもとに (based on), not にもとに. The particle を marks the basis/source.

• ✗質問がありますか。
  ✓何(なに)かご質問(しつもん)はありますか。

  In presentations, add 何か (any) and ご (honorific prefix) for politeness. Use は not が for the open-ended question.

• ✗今日は売上の発表をします。
  ✓本日(ほんじつ)は売上(うりあげ)について発表(はっぴょう)させていただきます。

  In formal presentations, use 本日 (formal: today), について, and させていただきます (humble) instead of casual forms.
