To talk about social media in German:
Folgen (to follow) + dative:
- Ich folge dir auf Instagram. (I follow you on Instagram.)
- Folgst du mir? (Do you follow me?)
- Ich folge ihm seit einem Monat. (I have been following him for a month.)
Note: folgen takes the dative (mir, dir, ihm, ihr).
Hast du... gesehen? (Have you seen...?):
- Hast du mein neues Foto gesehen? (Have you seen my new photo?)
- Hast du seinen Beitrag gesehen? (Have you seen his post?)
- Hast du die Story von Anna gesehen? (Have you seen Anna's story?)
Other useful phrases:
- Ich habe das Foto geliked. (I liked the photo.)
- Kannst du das teilen? (Can you share that?)
- Ich habe einen Kommentar geschrieben. (I wrote a comment.)
Note that many English words are used in German on social media: liken, posten, der Post, die Story.

Hast du mein neues Foto geseht?Hast du mein neues Foto gesehen?The past participle of sehen is gesehen, not geseht.
Ich habe ein Kommentar geschrieben.Ich habe einen Kommentar geschrieben.Kommentar is masculine, in the accusative: einen Kommentar.
Ich hochlade ein Foto.Ich lade ein Foto hoch.Hochladen is separable: the prefix hoch goes to the end.
Ich habe das Foto geliket.Ich habe das Foto geliked.The anglicism liken forms its participle in English style: geliked (not geliket).
