Being able to explain a technical issue in Spanish is essential in today's world.
Describing the problem
- *Mi ordenador no enciende.* (My computer won't turn on.)
- *La pantalla se ha quedado en negro.* (The screen has gone black.)
- *No me funciona la conexión a internet.* (My internet connection isn't working.)
- *Se me ha olvidado la contraseña.* (I forgot my password.)
Structure: *se me ha + participle* (impersonal construction)
This construction indicates something happened unintentionally:
- *Se me ha bloqueado el ordenador.* (My computer has frozen.)
- *Se me ha borrado el archivo.* (The file got deleted.)
Asking for help
- *¿Podría ayudarme con un problema técnico?*
- *He intentado reiniciar, pero no funciona.*

Common solutions
