자주 하는 실수

  After у меня the possessive is redundant; the construction already implies it was yours

  Use свой/свою or drop the possessive; мой is acceptable but свой is more natural with first person

  Заявление is the correct term for a police report or formal statement; заявка is an application/bid, not a report

• ✗Рейс задержали из-за погода

  Both are possible, but позвонить means to call by phone specifically; связаться (to contact) is more versatile. Grammatically позвоните is fine, but common mistake is using в + instrumental — always use в посольство (accusative) for the phone call destination
