A professional report in Portuguese follows a clear structure: introdução (introduction), desenvolvimento (body), and conclusão (conclusion).

The Passive Voice in Reports
Reports often use the passive to focus on results:

Nominalisation
B2-level writing uses nouns instead of verbs for a formal tone:
- *analisar* → *a análise* (to analyze → the analysis)

O relatório foi elaborado por eu.O relatório foi elaborado por mim.After prepositions, use the oblique pronoun 'mim', not the subject pronoun 'eu'.
