At the ticket office

Queria um bilhete para..., por favor. → I would like a ticket to..., please.
Ida ou ida e volta? → One way or round trip?
Ida e volta, por favor. → Round trip, please.

Asking about schedules

A que horas parte? — What time does it leave?
A que horas chega? — What time does it arrive?
De que plataforma? — From which platform?
Tem lugar reservado? — Is there a reserved seat?
O comboio está atrasado? — Is the train delayed?

Types of tickets

bilhete simples — single ticket
bilhete diário — daily pass
passe mensal — monthly pass
primeira classe — first class
segunda classe — second class

Tip: In Portugal, you can buy train tickets at CP (Comboios de Portugal) stations or online at cp.pt.

자주 하는 실수

Um bilhete de ida e volta para o Porto.
Use de ida e volta and include the article o before Porto.

Use da (de + a) because plataforma is feminine.
~~Queria um ticket.~~
Queria um bilhete.
Use bilhete — ticket is not used in Portuguese.

A que horas parte?
Always use horas (plural) in time questions, even for a single time.
