자주 하는 실수

• ✗日本は安全だと言っている。
  ✓日本は安全だと言われている。

  と言われている (passive) means it is said, while と言っている means someone specific is saying.

• ✗格差が拡大されている。
  ✓格差が拡大している。

  拡大する is intransitive, so it does not take passive form. Use している.

• ✗問題が指摘している。
  ✓問題が指摘されている。

  The problem is being pointed out (passive), not pointing out itself.

• ✗この問題を取り組む。
  ✓この問題に取り組む。

  取り組む takes the particle に, not を.

• ✗不平等は深刻の問題だ。
  ✓不平等は深刻な問題だ。

  深刻 is a na-adjective and requires な before nouns, not の.
