  ✓Stare attento al gradino.

  While fare attenzione exists, stare attento is the more natural collocation in everyday spoken Italian.

• ✗Dare una decisione entro domani.
  ✓Prendere una decisione entro domani.

  You don't give a decision in Italian: you take it (prendere). Dare does not collocate with decisione.

• ✗Portare conto dei risultati.
  ✓Tenere conto dei risultati.

  The correct verb is tenere (to hold/keep), not portare. Tenere conto di is a fixed collocation.
