Unlike blunt आलोचना (criticism), रचनात्मक प्रतिपुष्टि is व्यवहार-केंद्रित (focused on behaviour, not person), विकास-उन्मुख (growth-oriented), and delivered with संवेदनशीलता. Effective Hindi feedback structures include the "sandwich" approach: सकारात्मक → सुधारात्मक → सकारात्मक. In Indian professional and educational contexts, hierarchical relationships strongly influence how feedback is given and received — feedback to a superior requires especially deferential framing. Key patterns: specific observation (मैंने देखा कि...), impact statement (इसका प्रभाव यह पड़ा कि...), and suggestion (यदि आप...करें, तो...). Avoid generalising with सदा/कभी नहीं which trigger defensiveness.
