조건문 1형 : 보험과 의료 제도 설명하기
조건문 1형(first conditional)은 앞으로 실제로 일어날 만한 일을 말해요. 보험이나 의료 제도가 어떻게 돌아가는지 설명하기에 딱 맞는 구조예요. 한국어의 '-으면 ~할 거예요'와 자리가 같은데, 영어는 if절에 will을 넣지 않는다는 점이 달라요.
형태
If + 단순 현재, ... will + 동사원형
If you have insurance, you can see a specialist directly.
If you need a referral, your GP will send one.
의료 관련 예문
- If you have insurance, you can see any doctor you want.
- If you don't register with a GP, you won't be able to get a referral.
- If the treatment is not covered, you will have to pay out of pocket.

자주 쓰는 변형

자주 하는 실수
If you will have insurance, you can...If you have insurance, you can...조건문 1형의 if절에는 will을 쓰지 않고 단순 현재를 써요.
