I'm looking for 뒤에 명사를 붙여 무엇을 찾는지 말해요.
- I'm looking for a one-bedroom flat in the city centre. → 도심에 방 하나짜리 집을 찾고 있어요.
- I'm looking for something furnished and affordable. → 가구가 있고 값이 적당한 곳을 찾고 있어요.
If로 조건 말하기
조건이나 바라는 점을 말할 때 써요.
- I would prefer it if it has a garden. → 정원이 있으면 더 좋겠어요.
- It would be perfect if it has central heating. → 중앙난방이 되면 딱 좋겠어요.
- If the bills are included, that's a bonus. → 관리비가 포함이면 더 좋고요.
집을 보러 갔을 때 물어볼 것들
- How much is the rent per month? → 한 달 월세가 얼마예요?
- Is the deposit refundable? → 보증금은 돌려받을 수 있어요?
