Errori frequenti

• ✗I have the right of a refund
  ✓I am entitled to a refund

  Si dice "entitled to", non "have the right of". "Entitled to" è la formula giuridica standard.

• ✗I want to make a complaint
  ✓I would like to file a complaint

  "File a complaint" è l'espressione formale. "Make a complaint" è meno professionale.

• ✗The product has a defect of fabrication
  ✓The product has a manufacturing defect

  Si dice "manufacturing defect", non "defect of fabrication".

• ✗I bought it since two weeks
  ✓I bought it two weeks ago

  Per un momento preciso nel passato, si usa "ago", non "since".

• ✗I want to claim a refund for this product.
  ✓I want to request a refund for this product.

  In inglese, claim significa rivendicare, per chiedere un rimborso si dice request.

• ✗The product does not work good.
  ✓The product does not work well.

  Work si modifica con l avverbio well, non l aggettivo good.
