Describing your condition formally:
- Proszę opisać objawy = Please describe your symptoms
- Od kiedy Pan/Pani to odczuwa? = Since when have you been feeling this?
- Czy ma Pan/Pani jakieś alergie? = Do you have any allergies?
Responding to the doctor:
- Boli mnie ... od ... dni = ... has been hurting for ... days
- Mam alergię na penicylinę = I am allergic to penicillin
- Brałem/Brałam lekarstwa na... = I was taking medicine for...
What the doctor says:
- Przepiszę Panu/Pani... = I will prescribe you...
