आम गलतियाँ

• ✗헬로?
  ✓여보세요?

  In Korean phone calls always use 여보세요, not English "hello" or 헬로

• ✗지금 전화하고 있어요
  ✓지금 통화하고 있어요

  통화하다 means to have a phone conversation; 전화하다 means to make a call, which is a different nuance

• ✗메시지 남기다 드릴까요?
  ✓메시지 남겨 드릴까요?

  The connective form of 남기다 is 남겨, not 남기다 — use the 아/어 stem before 드리다

• ✗다시 전화해 줄게요
  ✓나중에 다시 전화할게요

  When promising to call back, 나중에 다시 전화할게요 is the natural expression; 줄게요 is less natural here

• ✗민수 씨 있습니까?
  ✓민수 씨 있어요?

  On casual phone calls, 있어요? is more natural than the formal 있습니까?
