Hindi has several structures for weighing up pros and cons, essential for discussing topics like remote work.

Expressing advantages with एक फायदा / लाभ यह है कि:

दूर से काम करने का एक फायदा यह है कि समय की बचत होती है। — One advantage of remote work is that time is saved.
घर से काम करने से लचीलापन मिलता है। — Working from home provides flexibility.

Expressing disadvantages with एक नुकसान / कमी यह है कि:

दूर से काम करने का एक नुकसान यह है कि अलगाव महसूस होता है। — One disadvantage is that one feels isolated.
एकाग्रता बनाए रखना मुश्किल हो सकता है। — It can be difficult to maintain concentration.

Balancing with एक तरफ… दूसरी तरफ:

एक तरफ उत्पादकता बढ़ती है, दूसरी तरफ टीम के साथ संपर्क कम हो जाता है। — On one hand, productivity increases; on the other, contact with the team decreases.

Giving opinions with मेरे विचार में / मुझे लगता है:

मेरे विचार में, दूर से काम करना भविष्य है। — In my opinion, remote work is the future.

Use infinitive + का/के/की to form noun phrases: दूर से काम करने का फायदा (the advantage of working remotely).

The oblique (gerundive) form of the infinitive is needed before postposition का: करना → करने का.
~~एक तरफ बड़े फायदे हैं, दूसरी तरफ नुकसान है।~~
एक तरफ फायदे हैं, दूसरी तरफ नुकसान भी हैं।
Use भी (also/too) in the second clause to balance the contrast. Adding बड़े without a parallel structure feels asymmetric.

मेरे विचार में, दूर से काम करना भविष्य है।
Opinion statements should present a clear claim in the present tense (है), not speculative future (होगा), which weakens the assertion.
