रिपोर्ट की संरचना
अंग्रेज़ी में एक पेशेवर रिपोर्ट आम तौर पर इस संरचना का पालन करती है:

लहजा और रजिस्टर
पेशेवर रिपोर्टों में औपचारिक और अवैयक्तिक रजिस्टर अपनाया जाता है:
- कर्मवाच्य को प्राथमिकता दें: "It was found that..." की जगह "We found that..."
- सावधानी दर्शाने वाले modal verbs का प्रयोग करें: "The data suggests...", "It would appear that..."
- संक्षिप्त रूपों से बचें: "it's" के बजाय "it is" लिखें
अलग-अलग खंडों के लिए उपयोगी वाक्य
- Introduction : "The purpose of this report is to..."
- Findings : "The data indicates that... / Analysis reveals..."
- Recommendations : "It is recommended that... / We propose that..."
