Describing the problem
- Mi ordenador no enciende. (My computer won't turn on.)
- La pantalla se ha quedado en negro. (The screen has gone black.)
- No me funciona la conexión a internet. (My internet connection isn't working.)
- Se me ha olvidado la contraseña. (I forgot my password.)
Structure: se me ha + participle (impersonal construction)
This construction indicates something happened unintentionally:
- Se me ha bloqueado el ordenador. (My computer has frozen.)
- Se me ha borrado el archivo. (The file got deleted.)
Asking for help
- ¿Podría ayudarme con un problema técnico?
- He intentado reiniciar, pero no funciona.

Common solutions
