Combining Days and Times
To schedule an appointment, combine day + time:
💬 Example: "げつようびの ごぜんじゅうじ" → "Monday at 10 AM"
Structure: [day]の [time]
- かようびの ごごさんじ → Tuesday at 3 PM
- きんようびの ごぜんくじ → Friday at 9 AM
あいていますか — Is ... Available?
Use あいていますか to ask about availability:
💬 Example: "すいようびは あいていますか？" → "Is Wednesday available?"
For people: ひまですか (are you free?)
- あしたは ひまですか？ → Are you free tomorrow?
Responding to availability
- はい、あいています → Yes, it's available
- いいえ、いそがしいです → No, I'm busy
- その じかんは ちょっと... → That time is a bit difficult...
Confirming and canceling
- よやくを かくにんします → I'll confirm the appointment
- キャンセルしたいです → I'd like to cancel

キャンセル します したいキャンセルしたいですUse したい (want to) directly after the verb stem
