In Italian, the negative imperative is used to give security advice, warn, or prohibit. The formation varies by person.
Formation of the negative imperative
- Tu (informal singular): Non + infinitive
- Non cliccare su link sospetti. → Don''t click on suspicious links.

- Lei (formal singular): Non + present subjunctive
- Non condivida informazioni personali. → Do not share personal information.
- Voi (plural): Non + present imperative
