  • Dangling modifier:“Having reviewed the data, the report was submitted.”
Having reviewed the data, we submitted the report.”
  • 歧义指代:“The manager told the analyst that his report was late.”

  • 原因:therefore, hence, consequently, as a result
  • 让步:nevertheless, albeit, while, notwithstanding
  • 补充:furthermore, in addition, besides
  • 对比:conversely, on the contrary, whereas

  • This paragraph lacks cohesion
  • Rephrase this for clarity

  • Check for consistency in tense and register.

  • The results were eventually positive
    The results were ultimately positive

    eventually 表示“最终”,不是 éventuellement(可能)。

  • Having reviewed the data, the report was submitted
Having reviewed the data, we submitted the report

  • The past history shows a clear trend
The history shows a clear trend

  • He is consistent with his work
He is consistent in his work

  • Walking through the park, the trees were beautiful.
Walking through the park, I noticed the beautiful trees.

  • The team have been working hard; the project is a failure.
The team have been working hard; however, the project has not met expectations.
