高级被动语态
谈论不平等时，英语常使用被动语态，尤其是在新闻、学术和政治语境中。
- 现在进行时被动语态：The issue is being addressed by the government.
- 现在完成时被动语态：The problem has been overlooked for decades.
- 含情态动词的被动语态：More resources should be allocated to disadvantaged communities.
- 否定被动语态：Systemic discrimination has not been eliminated.
这些结构让重点落在行动或问题上，而不是行动者身上。

常见错误
The problem is address by the government.The problem is being addressed by the government.现在进行时被动语态需要 is/are + being + 过去分词，不能直接用动词原形。
Inequality has been not eliminated.Inequality has not been eliminated.在现在完成时被动语态中，not 放在 has/have 和 been 之间，不能放在 been 后面。
Many peoples are affected by poverty.Many people are affected by poverty.People 在英语中已经是复数，绝不能再加 -s。
The gap between rich and poor is growning.The gap between rich and poor is growing.Grow 的现在分词是 growing，不是 growning。
Reforms should been implemented immediately.Reforms should be implemented immediately.情态动词 should、must 等后用 be + 过去分词，不能用 should been。
There is a big inequality among salaries.There is a big inequality in salaries.表示某方面存在不平等时，用 inequality in；among 不适合搭配不可数概念。
