程序中的正式条件表达与将来时

官方文件和与大使馆的往来会使用非常正式的英语。

Should you require…（如果你需要……）

这种倒装形式常见于正式通信：

• Should you require further information, please contact the embassy. → 如需更多信息，请联系大使馆。
• Should your application be rejected, you may appeal within 30 days. → 如果你的申请被拒绝，你可以在 30 天内上诉。

使用 "will" 和 "shall" 的正式将来表达

• Your application will be processed within 8 weeks. → 你的申请将在 8 周内处理。
• The applicant shall provide original documents. → 申请人必须提供原件。

正式条件结构

• Provided that all documents are submitted… → 前提是所有文件均已提交……
• On the condition that the applicant meets the criteria… → 条件是申请人符合资格要求……
• Failure to comply will result in… → 未遵守规定将导致……

提示： 英语行政语言非常直接。"Failure to comply" 比委婉绕圈的表达更常见。
