英语中的说服艺术
中文和英语的说服都需要逻辑、可信度与情感；在英语 B2 中，你还要准确使用混合条件句。
混合条件句
它把过去条件和现在结果结合起来，用于说明过去决定持续造成的影响。
- 结构：If + past perfect, would + 动词原形
- If I had studied economics, I would be better at managing budgets today.
- If governments had acted earlier, climate change would not be as severe now.
修辞的三个支柱
- Logos：逻辑论证，如数字、事实和数据。
- Ethos：说话者的可信度。
- Pathos：情感诉求。
常用说服结构
- There is compelling evidence that... → 有令人信服的证据表明……
- One cannot deny that... → 无法否认……
- It is undeniable that... → 不可否认……
- To illustrate this point... → 为说明这一点……
还要识别论证偏见，例如确认偏误和选择偏误。
表达
- There is compelling evidence that基于证据的有力论证
- One cannot deny that承认无可争辩的事实
- If I had known earlier, I would...用于论证的混合条件句
- To illustrate this point引入具体例子
- It is undeniable that有力地陈述事实
- This clearly demonstrates that总结论证
- The fact remains that在辩论中陈述不可否认的事实
- You could argue that提出观点而不强加给对方
常见错误
If I would have studied more, I would pass.If I had studied more, I would pass.混合条件句的条件部分用 past perfect，不能用 would。
There are a compelling evidence that...There is compelling evidence that...Evidence 在英语中不可数，用单数且不加不定冠词。
He convinced me to change my opinion.He convinced me to change my mind.英语中“改变主意”说 change my mind。
This demonstrate that the approach works.This demonstrates that the approach works.This 是单数，动词第三人称要加 -s。
She appealed on emotions to persuade the audience.She appealed to emotions to persuade the audience.正确搭配是 appeal to，不是 appeal on。
I am completely opposing to this idea.I am completely opposed to this idea.be 后用过去分词 opposed，不用 opposing。
